Woman Treated For Stab Wound At 'Occupy SF' Encampment
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS) – A woman sought medical treatment at the Occupy SF encampment after being stabbed early Tuesday morning, a police spokesman said.
Police were alerted to the stabbing by someone at the camp at Justin Herman Plaza at 3:48 a.m., Sgt. Mike Andraychak said.
The victim told police she was near Eddy and Hyde streets in the Tenderloin when a man approached her and tried to rob her, Andraychak said.

According to her account, when the man realized she didn't have any money, he punched her several times then left, Andraychak said. After he was gone, she realized she had been stabbed and called her husband.
