Valley Temperatures Climb On Sunday; Cool Down Coming Tuesday

Although the weekend started out quite breezy, the winds relaxed Saturday and won't be an issue Sunday.

Expect temperatures to climb a few degrees for Sunday with a high of 75 expected in Sacramento.

Mostly sunny skies will be the norm for most of Northern California this weekend.

Monday will bring the same, but changes start late Tuesday.

A series small weather systems will impact the area. Expect the chance for rain and high mountain snow Tuesday night and continuing all the way into the weekend.

Areas north of I-80 will be favored for the midweek precipitation, but the better chance for widespread rain and snow will come during the weekend.
