WATCH: President Barack Obama Responds To State Of The Union Hecklers
WASHINGTON, D.C. (CBS13) — An unscripted moment brought a moment of levity to Tuesday night's State of the Union address.

Part way through his speech, President Barack Obama said "I have no more campaigns to run." During his pause between sentences, a light smattering of applause came from a few members of Congress.
The president paused, nodded, and replied, "I know, because I won both of them." The comeback drew larger applause and cheers from Congress.
