Tower Bridge Reopens To Traffic After Officers Conduct Welfare Check
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) -- Tower Bridge has reopened to all traffic Monday afternoon after an hours-long closure due to police activity.
The Sacramento Police Department says officers conducted a welfare check on an individual who climbed the bridge.
That person has since come down and police say he is being taken to a hospital for mental health treatment.
