Three Reasons Why Jim Harbaugh Should Coach In Oakland

1. Back to school

With all the rumors going around about the University of Michigan being a contender, it is obvious that leaving an NFL job for a job at the helm of any college team is unlikely. Dealing with recruiting, the NCAA and all of the other disadvantages of college coaching just doesn't seem likely.

2.  Wifey wants to stay in the Bay

Whether people believe it or not, his wife, Sarah Harbaugh has pull is his decision and wants to stay in the Bay area. So with all the latest rumors and conflicts between him and the front office, you could only imagine they want Harbaugh out by next season and being traded to Oakland would be close enough to home.

3. The word is already out

Although Jed York has said contract negotiations are going to be tabled until the off season, Adam Schefter tweeted out that a source said he was convinced the Raiders are the favorite to trade for Jim Harbaugh.

Schefter is obviously a great source, and the fact that the word is out there that this is even a possibility has some truth to it. While they can trade him to another NFL team, he would seem to have to actually be willing to go to that team.
