Teen, 16, Sought As Stockton Murder Suspect
STOCKTON (CBS13) — Stockton police are searching for a teenager who is suspected in the shooting death of a man on Friday.
Police say Jacob Mendez, 16, is the suspect in the shooting death of a man on North California Street.
Police say the victim was shot inside his car.
They warn Mendez is to be treated as possibly armed and dangerous
