CHP Calls Off Amber Alert, Says All Found In Oakland

BREAKING: The California Highway Patrol has deactivated the Amber Alert, saying "all involved parties have been located."

Oakland Police say they are looking for Roy McCamey, but the other subjects have been found.

The man and teen say they knew McCamey and that there was no carjacking.

OAKLAND (CBS13) - Police have identified a person of interest in connection with the suspected kidnapping of a 13-year-old girl and a male senior in Oakland Tuesday, and say he used to live in Dixon.

Investigators say at around 1 p.m. Tuesday, a red sedan with the girl and a male senior inside was in front of a Safeway in the neighborhood of Oakland Hills when Roy McCamey, 54, brandished a knife, got into the car and drove off.

McCamey was caught on store surveillance inside grocery store just prior to the incident. Witnesses say he frequents the nearby area.

The identities of the two victims have not been released because no one has been reported them missing, say police.

Police say the sedan has California license plate 6JFM648.

Officers visited his last known residence in Dixon, but found he has since moved.

Investigators say there's a chance the victims and McCamey may know each other.
