Suspect Arrested In Fairfield Double Murder
FAIRFIELD, Calif. (CBS13) -- The man accused of gunning down his ex-girlfriend and her boyfriend in a Fairfield apartment complex has been arrested in New Mexico, according to authorities.
The Fairfield Police Department say 50-year-old Ricardo Martinez was taken into custody for the murder of 45-year-old Maria Terrones and 31-year-old Jose Velarde-Lopez, who were shot and killed early in the morning on November 13 at their apartment complex.
Terrones and Verlarde-Lopez were fatally shot and killed at about 1:15 a.m. while walking through the Crowley Lane complex parking lot.
