Stockton's Crime Crackdown Results In More Than 100 Arrests
STOCKTON (CBS13) – A two-day crackdown on crime to take back the city of Stockton has resulted in dozens of arrests.
The multi-agency crime sweep began Friday afternoon as 125 officers saturated the city, on the ground and in the air, in some of the worst neighborhoods to arrest gang members and other violent criminals.
Here is the breakdown of what was accomplished:
101 Arrests
17 Guns Siezed
700 Traffic Stops
90 Parole and Probation Searches
Stockton Police say this is only the beginning and more violent suppression missions are in the works.
