Stockton Man Arrested After Throwing Fruit Cup At Officers
STOCKTON (CBS13) - Stockton police arrested a man after he threw a fruit cup at them.
Officers responded to the 1700 Block of Kemp Court to reports of a man causing a disturbance.
As the officers approached 22-year-old Joey Yang, they say he threw a fruit cup and hit an officer. Yang reportedly struggled with officers as they attempted to arrest him. As a result, officers say they were force to pin him against a wall in order to handcuff him.
Yang was arrested for battery on an officer and resisting arrest.
