South Sacramento Man Accused Of Firing Gun During Dispute Arrested After Deputy Standoff
SOUTH SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - A man kept deputies tied up last night after he refused to come out of his home off Satellite Parkway in South Sacramento.
Deputies say the man fired a gun during a fight with his neighbor.
The man eventually surrendered and was arrested.
