Stockton Burglary Suspect Nabbed While Napping

STOCKTON (CBS13) — Sometimes crime can be hard work. Even burglary suspects need a little nap.

A homeowner came home on Wednesday morning to find Abusamad Choudry, 31, in the master bedroom of the home.

Police say Choudry appears to have needed a break from ransacking the victim's home for a little shut-eye. Officers found a backpack full of items that belonged to the homeowner next to Choudry during his 40 winks.

He was arrested at the scene and booked into a jail with a less comfortable bed.
