Security Guard Accused Of Peeping In Restroom

RANCHO CORDOVA (CBS13) ― An armed security guard was arrested after a woman said she caught him taking pictures of her with a cell phone while she was in the restroom.

The Sacramento County Sheriff's Department arrested 29-year-old Albert Carlton Henderson after finding evidence in his car that supported the alleged victim's claims.

The victim, who asked not to be identified, said she chased Henderson after she saw him reach under her stall with a cell phone in his hand.

She said she's concerned after learning investigators found a gun in Henderson's vehicle, which he legally possessed due to his job as a security guard at a Rancho Cordova apartment complex.

Henderson has been released on his own recognizance after being charged with two counts of misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

Investigators are trying to determine if there were other victims.
