Suspect reportedly armed with a machete shot, killed by deputy in Sacramento County
SACRAMENTO - A suspect has died after a shooting involving a Sacramento County sheriff's deputy on Wednesday.
According to a sheriff's office spokesperson, the incident happened in the area of Enrico Blvd. and Fruitridge Rd.
The suspect was allegedly armed with a machete, the sheriff's office says, and has died after the shooting.
No deputies were injured.
