Sacramento At-Risk Teen Found

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — The Sacramento County Sheriff's Department is searching for an at-risk missing teen in South Sacramento.

Jennifer Natividad, 16, was reported missing after she was last seen on Wednesday between 7:30 and 8 p.m. near Florin Creek Park.

Natividad is considered at-risk, because she is developmentally delayed and takes medication daily.

She's 5'7", 130 pounds, and was last seen in a short-sleeved blue Captain American shirt, light blue jeans with flowers, white socks and no shoes.

She has been a missing person previously, but has returned home.
