Rio Vista Bridge Stuck In Upright Position; Fix Expected Early Friday Morning
RIO VISTA (CBS13) - The Rio Vista Bridge is stuck in the upright position, and it's going to stay that way for several more hours, authorities say.
Caltrans engineers are working to fix the problem; however, the bridge won't be back open for drivers until around 3 a.m. Friday, according to a statement Thursday.
Caltrans is asking drivers to use alternate routes.
