Police: Suspects Involved In IHOP Shooting Turn Themselves In
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) -- The suspects accused of killing a man outside of an IHOP in North Natomas have turned themselves into police.
Surveillance video which was released Wednesday led to a number of calls to police, identifying the suspects.
Chester Jackson was killed just before 3 a.m. on Sunday, after being fatally shot outside the restaurant after two groups of people began fighting.
