Police: Man Arrested For DUI, Caused 3-Car Collision
STOCKTON (CBS13) - Stockton police arrested a man for drunk driving after he crashed into a guardrail and caused a three car accident.
An elderly man, who didn't see the suspect's SUV on Jack Tone Road, crashed into it. Soon after, a third car would hit the 79-year-old's truck.
The elderly driver later died.
The suspect is being charged with DUI.
