Police: Man Arrested After Locking Himself In Women's Bathroom
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - A 25-year-old man was arrested by Sacramento Police officers Saturday night after locking himself in one of the stalls of a women's bathroom downtown.
The incident happened at the Amtrak train station at 401 I Street. Hassan Peguese allegedly attempted to assault officers while he was being taken into custody.
One officer suffered a sprained wrist and fingers.
Peguese was booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail on charges of battery against a police officer, resisting arrest, making a false report of planting a bomb and trespassing. His bail was set at $50,000.
