No Plea Yet In Dalene Carlson Murder Case
STOCKTON (CBS13) - The man accused of kidnapping, raping and killing a Stockton woman was in court again today.
Once again, Jason Gilley, did not enter a plea in the murder of Dalene Carlson.
But prosecutors say the case does fit the criteria for a death penalty case.
They will make that decision at a later date.
Carlson was missing for more than a month before her body was found a few weeks ago in an Escalon corn field.
