Modesto Police Investigating Shooting
3:55 p.m. UPDATE: The lockdowns have been lifted after the arrest of a suspect, but the roads are still closed as police search for more suspects.
MODESTO (CBS) -- The Modesto Police Department reports that a suspected shooter is still at large after shots were fired near the intersection of East Rumble Road and Tulane Drive.
Several streets have been closed and area schools have been placed on lockdown.
