Modesto Police Investigating Fatal Accident
MODESTO (CBS13) - Police in Modesto are investigating a deadly car accident.
The accident happened Thursday night just after 9:30 when a car jumped the curb near a Chevron station on McHenry Avenue and ended up slamming into a pole killing the driver.
Modesto police are asking anyone who may have seen the collision to give them a call, as they are looking for anyone to help in their investigation.
