Man Walking Dog Shot In Stockton

STOCKTON, Calif.- A man walking his dog was randomly shot in the arm by an unknown male last night.

A witness described the male shooter as a stocky-male wearing a white sweater and a hat. The victim was transported to a local hospital.

Police say, the crime appears to be a random act of violence.
