Man Released From Jail Robs And Carjacks Ex-Girlfriend In Stockton
STOCKTON, Calif.- Fresh out of jail, Rudy Garrio, 29, forcefully broke into his ex-girlfriend's home, took her car keys and drove off in her car, according to Stockton PD.
Later Garrio returned to the scene of the crime only to be arrested by responding officers. Police tell us Garrio was booked for robbery, carjacking, violation of a restraining order and domestic violence charges.
