Man Carjacked In Stockton
STOCKTON, Calif. ( 07/02/16): A man was arrested yesterday afternoon for attempting to carjack a man in Stockton. Police tell us, Issac Thurman, 19 , jumped in the mans vehicle and attempted to drive off after a brief struggle with the vehicle owner.
Officer Joe Silva of the Stockton Police Department tells CBS 13 that the victim chased the suspect in another vehicle; the suspect then stopped and took off on foot leaving personal items behind which then led to identifying him.
The suspect was arrested for carjacking, and related charges.
