Sacramento Man Arrested Twice In 12 Hours

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Talk about a bad day. A Sacramento man was arrested twice - in just 12 hours.

Sacramento police say it all began around noon on Monday when they were called to City Hall for a man causing a disturbance.

They arrested Robert Tuck. He was booked into jail for possession of narcotic paraphernalia, which is a misdemeanor. He was later released on a citation.

Then hours later, officers met up with Tuck again. Just before midnight, police were called to the Globe Mills building where security was reporting a man as combative.

Tuck apparently tried to get away in an elevator, but police arrested him again.

"Being in this area, nothing really surprises me. And Sacramento Police does a wonderful job," said Globe Mills property manager Sandra Bradley.

Tuck was again booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail on a misdemeanor charge. By late Tuesday, he had been released again.
