Man Accused Of Forcing Underage Girls Into Prostitution

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – A 22-year-old Sacramento man is facing sex trafficking charges after he allegedly forced two underage girls into prostitution, according to federal prosecutors.

U.S. Attorney Benjamin Wagner announced Friday that a federal grand jury indicted Justin Isaac Jackson on charges of trafficking minors for sex and sex trafficking using force, fraud and coercion, based on evidence that he allegedly pimped out two young girls in 2009.

Although the indictment was issued early in November, the allegations were sealed until FBI agents arrested Jackson on December 1.

Jackson faces a minimum of 10 years in prison and lifetime probation if convicted of the charges.

The investigation into the alleged crimes was conducted by the FBI, Sacramento Police Department and Sacramento County Sheriff's Department.
