Man, 26, Shot And Killed Outside Of Stockton Bar

STOCKTON (CBS13) – Police are investigating a homicide that happened outside a Stockton sports bar early Sunday morning.

The incident happened just before 1 a.m. outside of Fats Grill and Bar on North Pershing Avenue.

Cedric Purify, 26, was shot and pronounced dead at the scene, Stockton Police say.

Two other gunshot victims, a 26-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman, also showed up at the hospital. They are expected to recover.

Detectives are investigating the incident. A motive or a suspect have not been identified at this time.
