Khloe Kardashian Admits Lamar Odom Doesn't Know Why He Has A Brain Injury

BURBANK, Calif. (CBS Sacramento) - It's been nearly a month since Lamar Odom was hospitalized after being found unconscious at a Nevada brothel and ex-wife Khloe Kardashian ran to be by his side. She is finally opening up about what's been going on since the incident on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," which is airing Monday.

Kardashian spoke to DeGeneres about his brain injury saying, "We tell him he had a brain injury, but I can't tell him about how that brain injury was caused because it will set him back. He's really confused a lot so we have to remind him."

According to Kardashian, it's going to take more time for Odom to recover. In 2013, Kardashian tried to file for divorce but it still isn't finalized. She said, "I'm there helping him and I love him and I've always loved him. And that will never change. And I just feel like it's a really insensitive thing to fast-forward a divorce."

Currently Kardashian is dating NBA star James Harden and she calls it a "very unique situation." She said about her and Harden that, "Yeah, he's fine with it. I mean, we have to communicate a lot. And he's really supportive and great."

Although Kardashian had been on a book tour for "Strong Looks Better Naked," she mentioned that the timing for all this wasn't ideal, however she will make all of her public commitments.
