Rescue Crews Pull Out Horse That Was Stuck In Mud In Elverta
ELVERTA (CBS13) - Sacramento Metro Fire crews helped get a horse out of some mud.
The incident is happening at a ranch home along Lowell Street in the Sacramento County community of Elverta.
A rescue crew and a Loomis Basin veterinarian responded to the scene.
The recent rain has left thick mud in the area.
Unfortunately, the 22-year-old horse had to be euthanized.
