Homicide Suspect, 75 Others Arrested In Stockton Gang Sweep
STOCKTON (CBS13) – Police have arrested a man accused of opening fire at a party, killing one and injuring four others.
The arrest happened Wednesday. Valentine Vivero is suspected in the July 13 homicide of 41-year-old Ray Ortega.
Officers also arrested another man in connection to the shooting on McCloud Avenue.
The arrests were made during a 90-day investigation of two of Stockton's most notorious gangs.
In all, 76 people were arrested.
