Homicide Detectives Investigating Death Of Woman Found In Apartment Complex Parking Lot

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - Investigators are looking into the death of a Sacramento county woman found in an apartment complex parking lot.

The victim was found around 7:00 p.m. Thanksgiving night in the parking lot of the Alpine Terrace Apartments in the 1200 block of Fulton Avenue.

Paramedics were called when a resident found the woman lying motionless.

The victim, a woman in her 40's, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators say the woman had some injuries to her face but they have not determined the exact cause of her death.

Homicide detectives are calling her death suspicious and are investigating.

The victim's identity has not been released and there are no suspects at this time.
