Homeless Man Dies After Beating In Southern California

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (AP) — A homeless man has died after he was found severely beaten behind a liquor store in San Bernardino.

The San Bernardino County coroner's office said 55-year-old Theodore Stratton died Saturday. Authorities say he suffered severe blunt force trauma to his head on Nov. 16. A passer-by found Stratton lying unconscious on a couch behind a liquor store.

An autopsy will be conducted later this week to determine the exact cause of death.

Police say no one has been arrested and they don't what the motive for the attack was.
