Hay Truck Rolls Over Blocking Stockton Highway
STOCKTON (CBS13) – Crews are working to clean up a huge mess on a Stockton highway after a big rig overturned spilling its load of hay across traffic lanes.
The accident happened just before 4:30 a.m. on the ramp from eastbound Highway 4 to southbound Highway 99.
Crews are bringing in a hay bailer to clean up the hay and a big rig tow truck to move the overturned truck.
Traffic is slow in the area.
