Grass Fire Forces The Evacuation Of Several Sacramento Buildings
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Several buildings had to be evacuated Monday afternoon when a 2-alarm grass fire began to threaten them.
The fire broke out shortly after 1:00 Monday afternoon near 1630 Frienza Avenue.
Fire fighters quickly contained the grass fire but it did damage the garage of one home.
There are no reports of injuries from the fire.
The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
