Will Jarryd Hayne make the 49ers 53-man roster? The answer is: Absolutely.

49ers head coach Jim Tomsula on Tuesday denied that he's made a decision on Hayne, but I'm not buying it.

Hell, they're selling his jersey in the 49ers team store at Levi's Stadium!

Hayne is an intriguing prospect and I absolutely love what I've seen from him in the preseason. I know the 49ers think Reggie Bush can return punts but I think Hayne could be a more reliable option.

Matt Barrows from the Sacramento Bee last week told us he believes Hayne will be on the 53 man roster.

He says a team would scoop him up if the Niners waived him. "They've seen a guy a guy who's extremely explosive, and at the bare minimum can be a really good punt returner for you in 2015," Barrows said.

"He's shown nice skills as a receiver in the backfield. He obviously has speed, and he can be a third-down back...It's just too risky to release Jarryd Hayne at all this year, and I think he makes the 53-man roster."
