UPDATE: 11-Year-Old Carmichael Boy Returns Home
CARMICHAEL (CBS13) – A missing 11-year-old Carmichael boy returned home safely on Wednesday, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department.
Elijah Cowan was discovered missing early Tuesday morning from his apartment in the 2500 block of Gunn Road in Carmichael. He reunited with his mother on Wednesday.
No details were provided on where Cowan was overnight. Deputies said on Tuesday they believed he was with his sister.
