Search on for driver in deadly hit-and-run crash in Manteca
MANTECA – Police are searching for a driver who took off from a hit-and-run collision in Manteca Wednesday night.
Police said the crash happened around 8:30 p.m. on E. Yosemite Avenue near Mylnar Avenue.
The victim, a 40-year-old man from Manteca, was taken to San Joaquin County Hospital where he later died.
The case remains under investigation and no details about a suspect has been released.
