Crash near orchard north of Yuba City kills motorcyclist
A motorcyclist died following a crash in rural Sutter County late Sunday night.
California Highway Patrol said officers responded near Tierra Buena and Eager roads around 9:30 p.m. to investigate the crash.
At the scene, officers found that a motorcycle had crashed in an orchard. The rider was ejected and suffered fatal injuries, first responders said.
The rider's name has not been released, but he has been identified as a 30-year-old man.
