Rio Vista warns of brown water after hydrant damage
Rio Vista residents may see brown water Friday after a fire hydrant was hit in the Trilogy area, city officials said.
City officials said the water is safe to use.
Residents who see discolored water are advised to run their tap for a few minutes until it clears.
Exactly how the hydrant was damaged is unclear.
Anyone still having issues after flushing their water can contact Rio Vista Public Works.
