CHP Officer Hurt During Arrest At Stockton DMV Office
Stockton (CBS13) - A man upset over an issue at the DMV office in Stockton is under arrest after assaulting a CHP officer who had been called to defuse the situation, according to CHP.
CHP, which has jurisdiction over state offices, was called to the Stockton DMV office this afternoon after a man became angered over something.
According to the CHP, the man resisted arrest and injured the officer.
Both were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
A witness tells CBS13 that the man punched the CHP officer in the face when he asked for identification.
