Chocolate Products Recalled Due To Undeclared Dairy

The Liz Lovely company of Vermont that specialized in dairy free products is recalling hundreds of its products containing chocolate due to undeclared dairy in the chocolate which was purchased from a third-party manufacturer.

Liz Lovely cookie products are distributed nationwide in retail stores and through mail orders. People who have allergies to milk run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these undeclared dairy affected products.

This voluntary recall includes the following products:

The recall comes after one person reported an allergic reaction.

Consumers who purchased any of the above products shipped between October 4, 2010 and November 15, 2010 are urged to return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.
