Car Crash Knocks Out Power To 16,000 In South Sacramento
SOUTH SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A car crashed into a power pole knocking out power to 16,000 people on a sweltering Thursday.
The car struck a pole on 44th Street and Fruitridge Road.
With temperatures closing in on 100 degrees thousands have been left without power.
By 5 p.m., just under 2,500 were without power.
