Bodies Of Sacramento Residents Found Burning In Car Identified
MAGALIA CBS13) — The Butte County Sheriff's Department sys they are fairly certain they have identified the three people found in a burned out car on June 13.
The victims have been identified as Colleen Lowe, 46; her son Roland Lowe, 15; and another unrelated male Richard Jones, 17. All three are from Sacramento.
Detectives were able to identify the three circumstantially based on information they gathered. DNA results are still pending.
The three were found in a green, 2000 Acura TL that was reported as stolen to the Sacramento Police Department. Their bodies had gunshot wounds, evidence of being killed prior to the burning.
Deputies arrested 72-year-old Donald Clark on Thursday. He is being held in Butte County Jail with a bail of $3,050,000.
