Bank Card Skimming Suspects Appear In Court
CITRUS HEIGHTS (CBS13) -- Two men accused of installing a card reader on an exterior ATM in Citrus Heights were in court Monday.
Arrested yesterday, the men were spotted walking away from the bank, where police say they put a skimming device on the door that collects bank card information
Both men had been charged with a similar crime two weeks ago, and were out on bail when they were arrested.
