Authorities Identify Body Found On Sacramento River
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - Authorities have identified a man whose body was recovered from the Sacramento River on Sunday.
The body was found around 5 p.m. below Scribner Bend on the Yolo County side of the river, according to a Sacramento Police Department spokesperson.

The man is 67-year-old Stephen M. Borchert, according to the Yolo County Coroner's Office.
No further information has been released.
