Audio: The Don Geronimo Show - July 6, 2011

Don starts by announcing he's in a wacky mood, and in light of the fun he had on Friday (insert alarm here), Don decides that today will be Unscreened Wednesday! All phone calls went unscreened the entire day! Don first tells us about the blind guy he met at Starbucks this morning, and the care package Janet sent Don from Ocean City. We then find out Dave doesn't like the movie Se7en, and Don looks for twitter pages with Hitler's name on them. Don then reads Roy's blog on his new website, misshapenbutthole.com, which is about his boyfriend Corey's condition who has diverticulitis. We also get to hear numerous stories about Don's childhood, including his cousin Ronnie, and his crazy parents.

Don was at a conference call with Robert Wuhl and CBS executives today, and he tells us how awkward it was. He also tells us why he doesn't drink Sambuca anymore. After some more Santa Claus porn, we find out about a juror in the Casey Anthony trial who will tell all for a fat chunk of change, and Don plays clips of Nancy Grace's reaction to the Casey Anthony Verdict. Brett Favre is thinking about returning to the NFL, again, which leads Don to read off the nfl.com top 15 players of last year. The guys (including Paris) then get into a lengthy discussion about Super Bowl MVP's, and when loyal listener Janice calls in, Don has a little fun with the Chris Hansen soundboard.

During one of the breaks, Don met a listener who's car was apparently the worst smell Don has ever experienced in his life, which gives him an idea to have a contest with the listeners, called "Worst Smell Ever." After taking a caller 100, Drew Hoffar finishes off the show with another hilarious happy ending.
