Donte Greene joined Dave just as the show began to talk about plans for an exhibition game for the Sacramento area fans who hunger for basketball during the NBA lockout. They discussed the details that were available at the time such as possible locations, whether or not it will be a charity event, and some of the potential players. Tom Verducci from SI.com stopped by to talk MLB with Dave. They talked about the recent news of Theo Epstein leaving Boston for Chicago, How St. Louis is primed to take the World Series, and what seems to be wrong with Detroit.

Henry Turner "The High Flier" dropped in for a surprise in studio visit. They talked about a number of topics including the news about a federal mediator being brought in to help the NBA labor situation. They discussed the money situation with younger players in contrast with how it is for veteran players, and more about the proposed exhibition game.
