At-Risk Elderly Man Missing In Sacramento County

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - The Sacramento County Sheriff's department is searching for a 69-year-old man who could be in danger.

Alexis Medina went missing from an assisted living facility in the 5500 block of Sky Parkway in Sacramento just before 9:30 a.m. Monday. He has dementia and a seizure disorder.

Medina is 5-foot-7 and weighs about 150 pounds. He has a bushy mustache and grey receding hair. He was last seen wearing a light grew button-up long-sleeved shirt, dark grey pants and dress shoes. He walks with a cane.
