Armed Man Surrenders To Deputies After Short Standoff
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – An armed man surrendered to Sacramento County Sheriff's deputies after a short standoff that forced some evacuations.
Deputies went to a home on Cochise Court after getting an incomplete 911 call form the residence.
When deputies arrived, they were greeted by a man with gun.
The neighborhood was blocked off and neighbors forced from their homes as deputies negotiated with the man.
After about an hour, the suspect surrendered peacefully.
No other information was immediately available.
